It's nice to meet you!

The mission

When I left my job in 2020, I decided I wanted to have work with more heart, more creativity and more connection. Therapeutic work seemed like an obvious fit, and I found a way of working that suited me best: creative therapies and family and systemic constellations. This is how Stellarium was born.

Because of my own experiences, Stellarium’s specialism is in dealing with belonging, collective and intergenerational trauma and chronic illness – precisely because I have had these issues so I know how it feels to work on them.

Stellarium’s mission is to use connection, creativity and therapeutic techniques in a way that facilitates the healing of traumatic events for individuals and groups.

About Nat

My upbringing

When I was young I loved to paint and draw, so when I struggled with my mental health it was natural that I ended up going to art therapy. This was the making of me!

I became much more in touch with my feelings and able to express myself.

As I grew up, I had ups and downs. We moved around a lot and I felt rootless and had trouble feeling like I belonged anywhere.

My career

I was curious and interested in anything to do with people – I love learning about cultures, religions, politics, food, and feelings.

The pivotal moments of my life were when I was travelling – I got to have a different perspective on my life and to bring out different sides to myself.

I have always worked with people – I was a mediator for a while, and I worked in education with students with conditions and disabilities for years.  I also have long standing spiritual beliefs – I taught meditation for years and my spiritual practice is still important to me today.

Katie Tucker

Creative Arts Facilitator and HICAT Practitioner Dip.HICAT(MBEd), MCMA

As a Creative Arts Facilitator and HICAT Practitioner Tutor Katie helps people to live happier and healthier lives.

As a wife, mum of two amazing children, and NHS volunteer, she manages a beautifully busy life!

Her own HICAT journey started from a place of stress, overwhelm and imbalance. She was a corporate banking office worker in a stressful Project Management role. Katie realised that her busy doing life had got the better of her. Her emotions were high, stress and anxiety levels were growing, she was forgetting things, making mistakes and not feeling at all good about herself. She was unhappy.

Longing for change; she understood that what she needed was a balance between the left logical ‘doing’ brain (the bit most of us are led by in our day to day busy!) and the right ‘creative’ brain (where calm and relaxation are realised).

Having always been creative; art and design had always been ‘her subjects’. Katie’s instincts told her that HICAT was right. She signed up for the online HICAT Practitioner Training with Mind Body Education.

She was learning, growing and healing… and found herself again. Creativity enabled her mind and body to relax and her soul to heal.

Anita Malyi

Body work, sound and voice therapist and family constellations facilitator

Anita’s background is in bodywork and energy work, over 20 years of professional experience in Medical Massage and related therapies.

She is also trained in Sound & Voice Therapy, Dance & Movement Meditation with an emphasis on Archetypes, Client Centred & Trauma Informed Systemic Family Constellations and she is a certified Trauma Support Specialist.
Her years of experience working with somatic therapies lead her to recognize the link between the body and trauma on the individual, transgenerational and collective level in the form of alignment issues, inexplicable pain, different diseases and energetic imbalances caused by the repressed memories of traumatic events in the body. She strongly believes that through reconnecting the rhythm and remembrance of your own body, revealing hidden dynamics and acknowledging what was forgotten or unseen we all have the natural ability to heal ourselves.

She is currently developing her own style in Systemic Constellations using somatic and grounding techniques alongside Voice and Sound Medicine.  She is available online for Systemic Family Constellations and soon enough Somatic Rhythm Constellations.

She is based in Dublin, Ireland and she is available online for Systemic Family Constellations and Somatic Rhythm Constellations in English and in Hungarian, either in group or individual settings.
